Iraqi Trend acts solely as a digital marketing service provider and reseller of social media marketing services.
We do not own, control, or operate any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram, or any other third-party platform.
Service performance depends on external providers and third-party platform algorithms.
3. No Guaranteed Results
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Permanent followers, likes, views, comments, or engagement.
- Account growth.
- Future retention of delivered services.
- Protection against future decreases or removals.
- Continuous availability of any service.
Delivered services may naturally decrease over time due to platform updates, algorithm changes, account cleanups, user removals, or other factors beyond our control.
4. No Liability for Third-Party Platforms
Iraqi Trend shall not be liable for:
- Account suspension.
- Account restriction.
- Shadow banning.
- Content removal.
- Username changes.
- Loss of followers.
- Loss of likes or views.
- Removal of engagement.
- Any action taken by third-party social media platforms.
The customer acknowledges that all social media platforms may modify, remove, or invalidate engagement at any time.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Compliance with the Terms of Service of each social media platform.
- The security of their accounts.
- The content published on their accounts.
- Any consequences resulting from the use of our services.
Customers use our services entirely at their own discretion and risk.
6. Refill Policy
Only services explicitly marked as "Refill" include refill eligibility.
Refill periods vary depending on the selected service.
Services without refill are considered fully completed once delivery has been made.
7. No Refunds After Delivery
Once an order has started or has been successfully delivered, it shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds are only considered when an order cannot be completed due to provider failure or technical issues.
8. Service Availability
Services may be modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued without prior notice due to provider changes or external circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iraqi Trend shall not be liable for any:
- Direct damages
- Indirect damages
- Incidental damages
- Consequential damages
- Financial losses
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Reputational damage
- Data loss
arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.
10. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Iraqi Trend, its owners, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from the customer's use of the platform.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any order or account at our sole discretion without prior notice if fraudulent activity, abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms is detected.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Iraqi Trend constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Iraqi Trend operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
